“Visited on spec and were delighted they had a free table in the lovely snug - we had friendly, efficient service and the food couldn’t have pleased more after our long coastal walk. What a great find - we’ll definitely be back to sample more of the menu!”
“This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are pristine clean, comfortable and have everything you need for the night. This venue is super dog friendly, and they even have an impressive doggie menu. You can also get dog bowls, blankets etc…and your dog is welcome in your room and the restaurant. The food was wonderful local fare, definitely recommend the restaurant as well.”

“We had a lovely meal, as vegans it so hard to find vegan alternatives in pubs however they had lovely options. Me and my fiance loved the food! They are also dog friendly and had a dog food menu. Barney had some of the treats and loved them! Amazing service, delicious, fresh and good quality food, the fire was so cozy, and lovely decor. 100% recommend! Thanks again Old Aberlady Inn, we can't wait to come again”
“Loved it again. Our Dogs Oatly and Ayla were spoiled. Food was lovely and rooms had been upgraded since we stayed in 2023 with Molly. Stevie & Kim”
“This pub is so lovely, with a nice fireplace and delicious food. It's great that they offer good vegan options, which is pretty rare for a small country pub. The atmosphere is super cozy, and they're dog-friendly too. The decor is lovely, and it's always nice to find a pub with vegan choices. Would definitely recommend”
“Popped in for an early dinner this evening, food was great value for money and does rustic hand made pub grub without rupturing the wallet. Lamb shank sauce was particularly lovely. Setting is really nice also.”
